How to Purchase: To order your desired artwork, simply select it from catalog and fill out the order form, ensuring you provide your contact details. I will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible to confirm your order and discuss delivery and payment terms. Should there be no response from the buyer within 5 days, the order may be cancelled.
Payment: For art purchases, payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. Artworks are dispatched once payment has been received.
Delivery: We offer delivery across Ukraine via Nova Poshta. The delivery service and its cost for international shipping (excluding Russia and Belarus) will be communicated before payment at the time of order confirmation. Necessary permits for exporting the artwork out of the country are included. All artworks are shipped unframed with appropriate packaging. Painting will be delivered with Certificate of Authenticity with signature of Artist. It is the buyer’s responsibility to frame the artwork under glass. Should unforeseen circumstances beyond my control delay your order, I will keep you informed via phone or email.
Returns: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the ordered paintings, simply inform me and return them within 14 days for a full refund. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If you are returning artworks that were delivered to you undamaged, please ensure they are returned in the same pristine condition with all original packaging.
